Terms of Service

xPMO is a cloud-based Project Management Office (PMO) platform designed for real estate and construction companies operating in the GCC region. It provides tools for project tracking, stage gate governance, risk management, cost control, document management, and strategic planning.

You must register for an account to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@xpmo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

xPMO offers Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. All payments are processed securely via Moyasar and comply with SAMA regulations. Invoices are issued in compliance with ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing requirements.

We may offer a free trial period for paid plans. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to the Free plan unless you provide a payment method and subscribe. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (c) upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; (d) reverse engineer or decompile the Platform; (e) use the Platform to compete with xPMO or resell access to third parties without written consent; (f) violate any applicable Saudi or GCC regulations.

You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information you upload to the Platform ("Your Data"). By using the Platform, you grant xPMO a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell Your Data to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. Enterprise plan customers benefit from data residency within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. While we take security seriously, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and all xPMO branding, is owned by xPMO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform without our express written permission. All feedback you provide may be used by xPMO without obligation.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of using the Platform. This includes business data, pricing, and technical information. This obligation survives termination of your account.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, internet infrastructure failures, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xPMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Riyadh, KSA, or through arbitration as agreed by both parties. We comply with all applicable Saudi regulations including PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law) and SAMA cybersecurity requirements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and in-app notification at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with updated terms, you may cancel your subscription.
